Job Description
Communicate with foreign embassies, business partners, suppliers, travel and tour agencies and airlines through meetings, email and telephone conversations in English. Drafting, reading, writing and interpreting contracts with customers and suppliers. Generate tour itinerary and estimated price followed by customer’s request. Commercial negotiations with all business partners and customers. Travelling overseas in case required as requested by employer. Keeping hard and soft record of all communications, letters and documents in regard with assigned job.
Requirements
English fluency in all four skills i.e. Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading. Good command on Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,…) Proper skills for formal communication through written text via social media. Knowledgeable about Iran’s tourist attractions (historical, cultural, and natural) [Included in the training] Familiarity with the nature and countryside for adventure tours [Included in the training] Creativity and innovation at work place Ability to work properly with computer Capable of doing research in the internet and follow up on the news Effective persuasive communication Team work spirit Maintain self-confidence and stress-management at work Have five years of work experience in the related field Degree in business, English literature, Hospitality and Tourism field is preferred Female only Aged between 24 -35 years old
