Job Description

Arma Industrial Group, a producer and exporter of steel products in CIS, Balkan, Europe, Africa, and Turkey territory has several offshore offices in foreign countries.

Job Description:

This person is in charge of issuing and coordinating documents (including proforma, packing lists, invoices, BL, CMR, customs documents, etc.) between these companies. Documentation, invoicing, money transaction follow-ups, inspections, logistics, insurance, customs clearance, and all related export procedures.

  • Exchange offices;

Roles:

  • Handle payment process through BANK and EXCHANGES according to rules.
  • Update and review regularly the latest Vendor’s production progress and delivery status.
  • Ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as domestic and worldwide regulations.
  • Probation period: one month.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9:00 to 18:00; available on Iranian weekends (because of the weekend difference between countries).
  • Travel requirements: Domestic and foreign travel, if needed.
  • Employment type: Full-time.

Requirements

  • Gender preference: Female.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering fields, Management, and other related fields.
  • Experienced in international business, INCOTERMS, documents, and procedures.
  • Accurate person in numbers and financial calculations.
  • Ability to work with advanced Excel and documentation with PDF/PS.
  • Preferably fluent in English and Turkish (conversation and correspondence).
