Job Description
• To prepare service contracts based on business requirements and regulations to support the business. •Checking services contracts to ensure that all the terms and articles are accordant to international as well as Iranian regulations and legislation. • To propose contractual advices and recommendations to contract and commercial managers regarding to services contracts. • To implement management and administration including requisition, RFP preparation, RFQ, tender and procurement activities, procurement related to EPC contract, contract negotiations and draft skills. • Clarification, evaluation & recommendation, awarding & contract establishment, general contract administration, closing out after contract completion. • To prepare necessary documents required for submitting to the bid committee. • Reporting the contractual activities on as required basis. • To check and monitoring the Invoices of Service Contracts to ensure compliance with the terms of contracts.
Requirements
• Candidates must have academic degree (BS, BA., MS. ) in Law/ Engineering or Management. • Candidates must have at least 3 years related experience in Oil & Gas project. • Candidates must have good level of English language (writing, reading, speaking) specially for business communication, minimum IELTS grade: 6.5 or equivalent. • Candidates must be familiar with international business and purchasing principles and rules. • Having a minimum cumulative average of 14 or 15 is required respectively for the graduates of state universities and other universities. • Literacy in general and professional software for each job is required.
