Job Description

● Prepare technical proposals for field instruments, based on customers’ data sheets. ● Liaise with the manufacturers to minimize technical deviations from customers’ requirements. ● Communicate with the customers in order to clarify technical requirements and provide optimum procurement engineering. ● Analyze Instrument requirements at the bid stage including MR, specification, data sheet, etc. ● Prepare commercial proposals for field instruments, If applicable. ● Site visit (1 to 2 days). ● Attend technical meetings.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. ● At least three years of experience. ● Experience in preparing technical and commercial field instrument proposals. ● Familiarity with instrumentation specifications used in Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industries, manufactured by a wide variety of manufacturers. ● Prepare MTO and technical offer according to project documents such as MR, SPEC, and DATA SHEET. ● Skilled in Microsoft Office. ● Good knowledge of English.
