Promptly address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns by company policies and procedures.
Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, application laboratory, marketing, logistics, customer service, and planning to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Actively participating in cross-functional teams to contribute to process improvements and enhance the customer journey.
Shipping samples to the customers and tracking deliveries are vital in terms of opportunity management and following up with customers to gather feedback on samples.
Collaborating with the sales team to customize quotes based on customer requirements and market conditions and follow up on quotations to secure sales and provide clarification when necessary.
Generating reports and providing insights to support sales strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a closely related field.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales operations (food & beverage market experience is preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Good team player, with strong communication skills.
Analytical thinking with an innovative point of view, and high problem-solving skills.
