Job Description

  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide essential support and information needed for successful customer interactions.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns by company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with various internal departments, including sales, application laboratory, marketing, logistics, customer service, and planning to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Actively participating in cross-functional teams to contribute to process improvements and enhance the customer journey.
  • Shipping samples to the customers and tracking deliveries are vital in terms of opportunity management and following up with customers to gather feedback on samples.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to customize quotes based on customer requirements and market conditions and follow up on quotations to secure sales and provide clarification when necessary.
  • Generating reports and providing insights to support sales strategies.
  • Being deeply involved in opportunity management is a chance for us to win new or keep existing business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales operations (food & beverage market experience is preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Good team player, with strong communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking with an innovative point of view, and high problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and stress.
  • Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
