Job Description

- Length of Probation Period: 3 Months. - Prepare and develop production reports and project reports as required by management. - Ensure proper filing of documents - Design required documents according to the planning process. - Design and perform organizational systems and methods based on continuous improvement plans. - Promote and share ideas for technical improvement. - Extract key learnings from operations, and report them to the factory manager to program strategy and staff development processes.

Requirements

- Only Female - Age: max 35 years old - At least Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, industrial management or any related major. - At least 1 years of professional experience in a similar role. - Familiarity with the principles of scheduling. - Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to convince and negotiate. - Proficiency with software including industrial engineering softwares, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. - Familiarity with 5S methodology - Familiarity with ISO standards
