Requirements
- Education: PhD/ Master/ Bachelor
- Work experience: at least 5 years (3 years related)/ 7 years (4 years related)/ 9 years (6 years related)
- Selected person has experienced in at least 10 various projects from the work beginning.
- Adequate acquaintance about oil, gas and petrochemical
- Perfect knowledge about I&C equipment and systems
- Adequate skills in Instrumentation Calculation by software and other instrument software i.e.: INtools.
- Perfect knowledge for Communication and Interfacing Protocols and Media
- Technical proposal preparation skills
- Inline Instrument sizing skills
- Ability to select optimum Control System for Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Project and providing TBE
- Knowledge of all instruments in Oil & Gas & Petrochemicals and providing the related Datasheets
- Complete Knowledge of Control and Emergency Shutdown System (DCS, PLC, ESD, etc.) and providing required specification.
- Complete Knowledge of different F&G Detection systems and detectors and providing TBE and optimum selection
- Knowledge for understanding and completion of P&ID.
- Perfect knowledge about relevant standards such as API, NFPA, NACE, IPS, IEC, ISA, IGS, etc.
- Skills of providing the F&G, ESD and Control System Block Diagram.
- Complete knowledge of providing Loop Diagram, Logic Diagram and all Hook ups
- Knowledge of Safety Earthing and providing Instrument/Safety Earthing drawings
- Knowledge of Hazardous Area Classification and possible solutions
- Knowledge of Cabling
- Ability for team leader
- Ability for providing technical proposal and reports
- Skills with calculation program for Control Valve, Safety valve and flow elements
- Knowledge of static and rotary equipment and features of their control system and how to manage/control them
- English language skills reading/writing/conversation
- Ability to work with MS-Office
- Ability to work with Catalogues/Standards/Codes and find and organized required Information
