- Assist in all human resources related issues such as recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and etc. - Arrange, monitor and evaluate training activities and personal development management. - Assist in Performance management cycle (planning. Coaching, evaluating, feedback and improvement plan). - Perform payroll calculations and conduct all administration tasks - Preparation of standard educational forms according to the occupations defined in the organizational chart. - Cooperation with unit managers in the form of a survey of managers to complete the training needs and provide each person's educational background.
- M.Sc. in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or Management from a reputable university - 3 years of experience in HR related roles - Familiar with performance management models and best practices - Responsible and committed - Excellent team work abilities - Ability to organize, co-ordinate, supervise and direct the affairs and staff working in the administrative unit - Problem-solving methods, organization of work environment
