Job Description

Main Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and publish or distribute company recruitment advertisements through Internet, newspaper, industrial magazine and/or job fair market. 2. Screen profiles of applicants, assist to arrange interviews and make selection in association with the line managers. 3. Assist to manage employment contract, establish and update employee personal profiles. 4. Calculation and payment of employees wage accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 5. Maintain HR filing system and database; generate HR reports in line with company reporting procedures. 6-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

Requirements

1- B.S./B.A. Management (Human Resources) from Iranian universities and higher education institutes approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or internationally-accredited universities whose degrees are confirmed by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran. 2- Having a minimum cumulative average of 15 or 16 is required respectively for the graduates of state universities and other universities. 3- Literacy in general and professional software for each job is required. 4- Experience: Min 2 years 5- Backgrounds and experiences of applicants must be related to job title. 6- Having good skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). 7- Having good communication and follow up skills.
