Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and publish or distribute company recruitment advertisements through Internet, newspaper, industrial magazine and/or job fair market.
2. Screen profiles of applicants, assist to arrange interviews and make selection in association with the line managers.
3. Assist to manage employment contract, establish and update employee personal profiles.
4. Calculation and payment of employees wage accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Maintain HR filing system and database; generate HR reports in line with company reporting procedures.
6-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
