Job Description

The Human Resource Officer/Manager will see you working with the Trulux management team to assist in the recruitment and development plans for staff at Trulux. About the company: Trulux is a leading Australian cosmetics contract manufacturer of skincare, haircare, health, and beauty products for small and medium-sized companies in Australia and overseas. We cover the whole process – from concept, product development and formulation, sourcing raw material, private label manufacturing, product design, and printing to product filling and packing. Our team is equipped with product knowledge, manufacturing know-how, and marketing experience to ensure a quality and seamless approach in providing our clients with everything they need to build and expand their businesses. Tasks and responsibilities: ● Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. ● Maintain employees' records. ● Assist with performance management procedures. ● Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. ● Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. ● Coordinate training sessions and seminars. ● Perform orientations and update records of new staff. ● Support other assigned functions. ● Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. ● Benefits: Flexible working hours and days.
