Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business priorities into effective people strategies and HR initiatives. The role is responsible for understanding business needs, providing data-driven people insights, and partnering with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee performance, engagement, and talent development.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business priorities, challenges, and workforce needs.
• Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Provide strategic HR advice and support on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee development.
• Drive and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and development plans.
• Identify talent gaps and support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, retention, performance, engagement, and organizational costs.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations, performance, and workplace challenges.
• Identify organizational and people-related risks and develop appropriate action plans.
• Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective implementation of HR programs and policies.
• Support workforce planning, budgeting, and people-cost management in partnership with business and HR teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and people-related matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, people management, and organizational development.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with HR and business data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner with managers and senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics; familiarity with HRIS and people analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
