Job Description

Execution and administration of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs. Implementation and surveillance standards of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015. Coordinate training programs which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote HSE consciousness. Plan and coordinate HSE objectives for continuous improvement. Provide regular written reports and updates to the Senior Management Team. Review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action and recommendations. Investigate occupational incidents, accidents, near misses, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measures. Follow ergonomic studies (office work approach). Manage Medical checks for recruitment. Manage Periodical medical checks (one time each year). Follow Corona cases in daily basis. Monitoring the Observance of safety protocols in all processes. Coordination of periodic examinations and measurement of harmful factors. Anticipate, identify, and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices through worksite knowledge, employee interactions, and worksite inspection. Provides follow-up to ensure implementation of corrective recommendations. Inspecting or evaluating workplace environment, equipment or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulation Control and monitor the HSE activities of contractors and preparing required reports . Ensuring overall compliance with approved requirements and regulations. Report or review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections, or environmental testing. Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment. Supervising over 5S and keep whole working site clean.
