Job Description
-Expertise in Training procedure and evaluation of the effectiveness of training
-Performing the training needs assessment process by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys
-Implementation of the training calendar and follow ups
-Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
-Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
-Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
-Provide necessary quantitative and qualitative reports in the field of education
-Ensures quality standards of Havayar Industrial Group training team are met
-Establish employee retention strategies
-Establish system that promotes employee welfare to increase employee satisfaction
-Establish a System for Performance Management
