Job Description
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. - Coaching and training of line managers in recruitment and selection as well as advising on best. - Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. - Identify training needs within SBC. - Design and develop training programs . Three Focal Areas: - PEOPLE - To use all the positive methods needed to rapidly build up progressive, passionate, and proactive world-class capabilities in the SBC Business Unit, including assessment & development of existing human capital, advice on new human capital. - PROCESSES - To use a structured and analytically approach to implement systems and processes, link all activity to business metrics. - PROGRESS - To use exceptional business insights to hire the best potential candidates to grow the SBC business unites into the future.
Requirements
- Education: B.S. or B.A. in a related field - At least 5 years Experience in HR - Advanced Communication in English - Fully understanding of STAR Model - Familiar with TD models and L&D Competency concept - Familiar with Recruitment/ L&D Metrics
