Job Description

- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages - Implement training and development plans - Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions - Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records - Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly - Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization - Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation - Act as representative of the company in Labor courts (dadgah-e heyat tashkhis,) - Reports to HRD Manager - Working Days: Sat - Wed - Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:20 - Working location: Shahrak-e Gharb

Requirements

- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field - At least 5 years of related work experience - Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Familiarity with full cycle recruiting - Good problem-solving abilities - Team management skills - Familiar with Mercer, Hay Group or any other IPE method for Job Classification
