Job Description
-Conducting of HR Staffing needs analysis (Rotation, Transfer, Promotion and Relationship Conflict) and implementing appropriate solutions and interventions
-Providing staffing services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations
-Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job profile in order to meet Business requirements
-Liaise with managers to resolve staffs issues in order to enhance of quality work life
-Launch & Implementation of induction & on boarding program for new employees
-Record all needed HR data such as recruitment, personal information, exit of employee & capture data in DBs
-Provide staffing report including Monthly reports, Job offer rejected, Interview history
-Provide feedback to the candidates who has rejected on interview process
-Hold and manage disciplinary meeting for resolving employees’ issues
-Develop and optimize employee welfare programs
-Manage Negotiation of contracts (insurance, medical, employment, bank)
-Ensure compliance to industrial relations policies
-Set up reporting tools to capture deviation or compliance with budget
-Maintain HR ERP & Manage proper cross system integration between HR ERP and other systems
-Manage Reporting of operational performance on a weekly or monthly basis
