Job Description
Objective of the role:
- Increasing the speed and quality of recruitment process of expert human resources
- Structuring and implementing performance management and motivational systems
- Improving the knowledge, expertise, and performance of human resources through implementing an educational platform
- Improving the organizational culture, and creating loyalty and fidelity among the staff.
List of Responsibilities:
- Designing job positions, position descriptions and responsibilities of each job
- Recruiting new human resources through professional methods
- Assessing staff performance and writing reports on seasonal period based on the KPI of each position
- Implementing a salary structure according to the rank and positions in organization
- Attending and resolving the internal conflicts: helping and guiding employees for their problems and issues
- Creating a road-map for employees as their professionally designed road of improvement, in the organization and professionally.
Reporting to: Managing Director.
Subordinates: No Subordinate.
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9am-5:30pm.
Travel requirements: Four times a year inside the country.
