Job Description

- Finalizing the issues of management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems - Arranging work permits and visa applications for foreign employees. - Workforce planning - Recruitment and staffing - Human resource development and training - Compensation, benefits and rewarding - Managing the Payroll and salary administration and make sure that payroll system works on time and efficient.

Requirements

- Must be fluent in English - At least 5 years’ experience in HR field - Familiar with Iranian laws and regulations - Familiar with expats work permit, visa and tax payment - Flexibility and wiliness to work under pressure
