Job Description

-Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members -Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives -Handle the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, selection, interview, and offer letters -Succession planning, Preparing Succession Graphs for strategic roles and Career path management -Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs -Analysis of the human resources statistics such as job satisfaction survey and turnover rate -Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement -Development and implementation of performance management system -Reviewing the Recruitment and Selection system and hiring processes -Designing and implementing compensation and promotion system -Prepare training budget for department or organization -Newcomer Orientation and socialization plans -Workforce planning processes

Requirements

-Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field -Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office -Ability to work as a team player -Conceptual and Analytical Skills -Deep knowledge in HR field -Good communication skills -Ability to research
