Job Description

- Handling all the administrative and official works of the Company. - familiar with all the rules of insurance at Iranian Social Security Organization. - Handling all related HR reports. - Analyzing monthly HR department budgeting and accounting reports. - Familiar with payroll system payroll calculation - Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. - Prepare and update job descriptions based on usual processes. - Familiar with Performance Management Process and evaluating staffs.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in human resources department. - Familiarity with labor and Tax laws. - Having good knowledge of HRM activities. - Excellent time management and perfect attention to details. - Energetic, learner, team player, hard worker. - Ability to work autonomously. - Very strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to work as team player. - Expertise in MS office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
