Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director as well as the Board of Directors, the Human Resources Director is responsible for providing a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and productivity while striving to develop a superior workforce in ongoing bases. The major tasks are including but not limited to: • Recruiting, staffing and reassessment • Organizational and space planning • Performance management and improvement systems • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns • Employee orientation, development, and training • Compensation and benefits administration • Employee services and counseling
Requirements
Education: • BA or Master in Human Resources Management – MBA Human Resources Preferred. Experience: • At least 5 years relevant experience. Other skills: • Leadership capabilities • Team management experience • Confidential and reliable • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills • High Emotional Intelligence Preferred location: Tehran and Karaj.
