Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director as well as the Board of Directors, the Human Resources Director is responsible for providing a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and productivity while striving to develop a superior workforce in ongoing bases. The major tasks are including but not limited to:
• Recruiting, staffing and reassessment
• Organizational and space planning
• Performance management and improvement systems
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
• Employee orientation, development, and training
• Compensation and benefits administration
• Employee services and counseling
