— Performance management and improvement systems
— Create and execute learning strategies and programs
— Maintain the pay plan and benefits program
— Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
— Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
— Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
— Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
— Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
