Location: Tehran - Islamic Republic of Iran;
Company: Nestlé Iran - Tehran Office; Full-Time;

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Admin is responsible for maintaining all HR records in the area of HR Services including all documentation and organizing HR meetings and visits till fulfillment of the result.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Support with archiving all types of loan documentation exit formalities.
  • Conduct HR satisfaction send the link to relevant stakeholders and extract reports from the system.
  • Coordinate and support new joiners and leavers' formalities.
  • Timely collection of probationary reviews from line managers.
  • Arrange and plan meetings and visits with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the allocation of company benefits and gifts (non-monetary).
  • Work with leave management system and prepare relevant reports, support employees with their queries.
  • Ensure compliance in all activities in a dedicated area.

Requirements

  • Any degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.
  • Prior experience in relevant admin roles of up to two years.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and agile encountering conflicting priorities.
  • Team player
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
