Job Description
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Restaurant and its staff. You'll also be commercially accountable for budgeting and financial management and Need to plan, organized and direct all services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservations), food and beverage operations. Have a specific remit, such as guest services, accounting or marketing, and your role will form part of a general management team.
