Job Description

•Main Objective: We are looking for an experienced technical support and help desk person to join our team for call center. We need such as motivate, competitive, smart person •Main Responsibilities: -You will help us to find and solve some of the issues will happening for our customers over the internet, phone or reach out to them -We have a POS (point of sale) solution for restaurant -We are installing, maintain our software through the internet, phone or face to face. We have night shift, one shift by weekly -Good health insurance and nice atmosphere -Salary negotiable -I can refer you to our website to be able to more familiar with our company

Requirements

-The capacity of team work -Good communication skills -Proven work experience as a help desk and technical support -Familiar with SQL server (installing and run query is enough) -Familiar with crystal report (nice to have) -Familiar with troubleshooting of hardware -Experience with installing and configuring and maintaining windows server, (10, 8, 7) -Experience with configuring router and access point (Mikrotik, D-Link) -High skill and experience in Network+, A+ (necessary) -Proven your knowledge with MCSE certificate (A+,Network+) -Windows server and active directory (nice to have)
