Job Description
- Act as Helpdesk team member to deliver agreed level of services and support. - Able to support company head quarter network with more than 1000 active nodes - Maintains and troubleshoots all access layer equipments and network devices and supporting issue for users. - Answer user inquiries regarding system applications or hardware operation to resolve problems - Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with department policies. - Reporting to Hardware and Support Lead
Requirements
- B.S./M.S. in Computer /Electrical / Telecom Engineering from Iranian universities and higher education institutes approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology or internationally-accredited universities whose degrees are confirmed by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran. - Having a minimum cumulative average of 14 is required respectively for the graduates of high-ranking state universities and other universities - Familiar with Helpdesk system and SLA management -Gender: Male (Only) - At least 4 years of experience in Helpdesk and Support field - Excellent in Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008 environment with Windows 7/XP clients. - Excellent in Hardware, network and system applications troubleshooting - Familiar with Cisco and & Structured Cabling. - Familiar with Wireless communications - Excellent team work skills - Self-motivated and challenging - Accountable & Trustworthy - Full proficiency in English and literacy in general and professional software for each job is required
