Job Description

-Troubleshooting computers and peripheral devices (such as printer, scanner) -Troubleshoot user's daily problems in hardware and software -Hardware Maintenance -Upgrading software & hardware -Trouble Shooting problems -Monitoring with Cacti, PRTG, Manage engine, Solarwinds,... -Solve the software, hardware and network problems and Reporting all to Data Center Manager


-Degree in Computer Engineering, computer science or Related Fields -At least 1 year relevant experience -Management skills, Leadership skills, Communication skill -Familiar with passive and network setup -Familiar with Cisco devices (such as router and switch) -Familiar with Microsoft Server Services -Ability to detect and solve problems related to software and hardware. -Pass the Network+ course -Pass the CCNA course -Pass the MCITP course -Familiar with bank equipment (ATM, Cashless, POS) -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 35
