Job Description

• Develop and improve H&S management systems in compliance with local law and Bel standards.
• Lead risk assessment processes, emergency response planning, and mitigation action plans.
• Monitor and control H&S KPIs (TF Bel, BSV, near misses, first aid cases, etc.).
• Lead accident/incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage H&S communication strategies and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on Bel Group audit requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on H&S aspects of projects and non-routine activities.
• Represent Caspian Factory in governmental and regulatory H&S interactions.
• Creating, revising and sustaining H&S procedures and policies to make sure of well organized and systematic H&S approach.
• Conducting health and safety training programs based on H&S skill matrix for the factory employees to ensure health and safety risks are well recognized and respected.
• Consulting safety leadership concept with senior managers to make sure business strategic plans are aligned with H&S standards.
• Conducting H&S campaigns, off-job programs and wellbeing projects to create and improve H&S culture and mindset.
