Job Description

A leading manufacturing company based in Qom is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced professional to lead its Technical Engineering Office. This role is designed for an engineer with a background in metallurgy who can combine technical expertise with managerial and operational capabilities. The selected candidate will play a vital role in managing technical projects, improving production processes, and supporting engineering functions on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical engineering team (including product engineering, drafting, process improvement, and technical documentation).

Review and approve product drawings, technical documentation, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Analyze production issues from a technical perspective and propose practical solutions.

Design and optimize processes related to materials, heat treatment, and coating.

Oversee the selection and evaluation of raw materials in accordance with technical standards.

Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Control, Procurement, and R&D departments.

Actively participate in product development projects and technical efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Metallurgical/Materials Engineering (required).

Minimum 5 years of technical and engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with team leadership experience.

Proficiency in industrial drafting, design standards, and CAD software.

Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, material selection, heat treatment, and quality control.

Ability to prepare technical reports and document engineering processes effectively.

Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
