• Head of systems & methods’s including:
- Analyze, Monitor and Ensure that The Organization Processes are Comply With ISO Standards.
- Identify Improvements in Business Process and Provide Systematic Solutions.
- Assessing Process Effectiveness within the organization.
- Design of Organizational Structure Commensurate with Organization Processes and Strategy.
- Collaborate and Monitor the Identification, Design and Improvement of Company Processes.
- Identification of Effectiveness Indicators Contribute for Each Process and Their Monitoring.
- Processes Analyze Ability to Mechanize Processes with IT base systems.
- Successful Process Patterns Identification and Improve Processes Accordingly.
- Counseling and Training Provide to Units for Effective Implementation of Processes.
- Collaboration in Audits.
- Prepare Managerial Report.
Requirements
- MS in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA, IT and related fields.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Dominant in MS – Office.
- Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical distribution industry.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of English.
- Mastering the Process Framework.
