Job Description

At Mofid securities, we are looking for a head of sales to assist us in the following areas: ● Manage and supervise the entire sales process. ● Set annual and monthly sales targets for the team. ● Adjust and implement new sales and marketing strategies. ● Provide new insights about the sales processes. ● Implement market research and benchmark. ● Manage, supervise, and control the performance of team members. ● Provide incentive programs for the team. ● Technical interview with the potential job candidates. ● Provide required reports.
