Job Description

- Manage sales and distribution processes of company products in designed region - Provide branch sales and distribution plan, analyze data, prepare required reports and provide market insight for sales development and Marketing team - Align branch all strategies with company long term and short term strategy - Demonstrate a strong customer orientation by maintaining a frequent presence with all accounts - Set yearly and monthly objective for branch team - Lead and train team members and support them to achieve targets and evaluate their performance
