Job Description
● Supervision and assurance of identifying all risks in the projects of the organization, including operational, time, financial, and other project-related risks. ● Design, development, and improvement of processes, tools, models, and facilities for identifying, evaluating, and reporting organizational risks, enterprise units, and environmental risks. ● Establish, develop and maintain risk monitoring and reporting structures, such as reporting dashboards, risk registers, templates, and supporting documentation. ● Lead risk analysis and monitoring processes in business units and ensure their alignment with enterprise strategies and efforts related to risk reduction. ● Guide the main stakeholders of the organization in evaluating and managing all types of risks. ● Support the organization's senior managers to play their roles and responsibilities in the field of risk management. ● Supervise the preparation of statistical reports and risk analysis. ● Provide periodic reports to shareholders and board members.
Requirements
Education: ● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management. Experience: ● 10 years of experience in related fields. Knowledge and skills: ● Proficient in Project Risk Management (Identify and manage project risks). ● Proficient in Project Management: ISO 21502 (Implement ISO 21502 in projects). ● Proficient in Project Management Audit (Measure the effectiveness of project management standards in projects). ● Proficient in knowledge management (Data and lessons learned management). ● Good knowledge of ERP (IFS) Systems. ● Exhibit strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. ● Fluent technical writing and verbal communication in English skills are required.
