Job Description

• To build and reorganize project management office • To develop procedures and standards for the PMO • To manage PMOs team • To prepare projects formation Portfolio • To manage portfolios and programs • To manage portfolio level risk, issue and change • To cooperate project managers to review, and monitor projects closely • To manage escalation process according to the project management plans • To manage and monitor projects portfolio process • To design, implement and manage of projects progress and manage information systems and launch of relevant reports dashboards • To Evaluate project execution and developing to determine if project is proceeding within available resources and budget. • To Evaluate and update data regarding schedule dates, project accruals. • To Develop and document project planning. • To Evaluate and raise project early warning signals to project manager. • To Perform performance reporting for a portfolio of projects or programs. • To Lead project teams and review the staff work.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of related experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, IT or related field preferred. • Intermediate to Advanced level understanding of Project Management, Scheduling, and principles required. • Have a high emotional intelligence and influencing skills. • Introduction to project control related software. • Team work. • Analytical & Problem Solving. • Persistence & Persuasion. • Communication Skills. • Work pressure tolerance • PMP certified or equivalent
