• Lead the modern trade channel (Including discount stores, chain stores, e-commerce, and B2B customers) team to achieve volume, profit, market share, and channel goals.
• Define, plan, and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the modern trade channel.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
• Manage customer credits.
• Control cash collection, DSO, and overdue.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the territory.
• Develop and manage the modern trade channel budget.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor competitors' activities and market conditions to develop effective strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to the management team.
• Collaborate with the trade marketing team for efficient execution of related activities.
