Job Description

Territory of the position is Tehran and Alborz (Special Road KM18):

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed retail sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to ensure they meet individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, KPIs, market share, and profitability.
  • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any deviations from targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory and delivery levels.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the assigned territory.
  • Explore new channels and partnerships to increase product distribution.
  • Develop and manage the Direct Channel sales budget.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the trade marketing team for efficient execution of related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; an MBA graduate; or a Master's degree in related fields. 
  • 7 years of experience in the sales department and managerial roles of preferably FMCG companies.
