Job Description
Territory of the position is Tehran and Alborz (Special Road KM18):
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed retail sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to the sales team to ensure they meet individual and collective targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, KPIs, market share, and profitability.
- Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any deviations from targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory and delivery levels.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and growth within the assigned territory.
- Explore new channels and partnerships to increase product distribution.
- Develop and manage the Direct Channel sales budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the trade marketing team for efficient execution of related activities.
