
Job Description
Objective: Front Desk is the first and one of the most important position that a company is being evaluated by. Objective for this position is the best possible treatment towards company counterparts either over the phone, through communications or follow ups. Main Responsibilities : - Answering telephone - Managing and Preparing the Incoming and Outgoing communications - Assisting the management with the routine works - Prepare the meetings and their memorandum - Receipt the customer and present the company status for the customer Reporting to: GM or Senior Managers Duration: Permanent Desired Start Date: asap Probation: 3 months Working Hours : Saturday-Thursday 830~1700 Gross monthly base salary : In Iranian Currency negotiable depending on efficiency
Requirements
Previous Experience: Any efficient previous experience is considered as an advantage Specialist Knowledge: Basic computer utilization ability Other Skills: Politeness, self confidence are competitive advantage Ideal Age Range: Max 40 years Gender Preference: Female Language Skills: English (essential) + German (advantage) Current Residence: Tehran
