Job Description

• Prepare documents required such as packing lists • Arrange Air or Sea shipments procedure. • Arrange Air to Air or Sea to Sea or combined shipments procedure. • Arrange transit procedure. • Arrange transit procedure. • Perform “Order registration” in NTSW . • Arrange banking & money transfer procedure. • Review documents such as B.L, C.O.O & C.O.I. • Calculate Intl. & Domestic costs of shipment, order registration, customs clearance, …… • Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting shipment s and custom • Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. • Respond to customer inquiries about order status, changes & ……. • Monitoring operation procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration, economics or English ) • At least 4 years' experience as a commercial expert . • Fluent in English. • Advanced in Microsoft Office. • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Good understanding of legal and commercial laws, Incoterms , shipment. , custom clearance . • Ideal Age Range: 25 to 35 years Note : The First Job Interview, will be held ON LINE .
