
Job Description
- To create and build market through finding new customers and to retain the existing clients by demonstrating excellent customer service . - Contact and follow up with the customers on daily basis, by calling and or other contacting medias. - To support the customers on the issues that they may face throughout their purchase contract . - To prepare and issue PI and other documents related to export and sales. - To Resolve the problems that customer may face, and to prepare documents to support him/her on shipment or releasing his/her goods purchased from our company... - Report to: Managing Director and the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Education : BA, BS or MBA. - Other certifications obtained: Good MS office software may be an asset . - Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 years of sales experience. - Specialist knowledge: Office and negotiation skills. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Tidy, Punctual, result oriented, a good negotiator, a team player, excellent communication skills, ability to convince customers with different world cultures.. - Foreign languages: Fluency in English or Arabic or French . - Punctual , result oriented with excellent negotiation skills .
