Job Description

Being responsible for: - Coordinating and controlling foreign purchasing projects and processes (from sourcing to clearance) - Preparing Purchase Order (PO) template and expediting the contract. - Sourcing and proposing new, capable and competitive suppliers. - Document control & pricing data quality. - Monitoring supplier's quality performance.

Requirements

Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial/Engineering from reputable universities. - Experience: Minimum 3 years related work experience of foreign purchasing. - Language: Excellent command of written and oral English. - Knowledge & Skills: • Business correspondence. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Demonstrated experience in executing contractual Terms & Conditions in conjunction with established purchasing policies. • Strong negotiation & Communication skills. • Computer literacy. • In depth knowledge of technical and financial aspects of industrial trends.
