Job Description

- Preparing and drafting international contracts of the company. - Writing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various contracts. - Follow-up of the implementation of the contractual obligations of the parties during the validity of the contracts. - Preparation of required management reports on contracts being concluded, Legal affairs. - Drafting and reviewing various types of contracts - Follow up on referral legal issues - Providing and drafting legal letters and documents as like as notices, warnings, revocation/termination, declarations

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Low, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management - Experience over 5 years in the field of contracts. - Solid understanding of legal and international contractual terminology. - Graduation from reputable governmental universities is a plus. - Ability to work within deadlines, result-driven and able to deliver desired results under pressure. - Team-oriented and highly motivated with excellent organizational skills. - Strong attention to details. - Have good computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
