Job Description
- Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package. - Prepare and handle all necessary documentation and Invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration and banking procedures. - Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the department instructions. - Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue/ force in regards to transportation or client’s claim. - Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and resolve problems related to undelivered goods. - Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes - Actively follow up the procedures both with sellers/suppliers and focus on getting best results. - Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving - Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility. - Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents. - Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process. - Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations. - Follow up with prospects through e-mails, phone etc. - Answer to inquiries and following them. - To arrange payment to suppliers and transport company services. - Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods. - Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the suppliers reputation and history. - Responsible to accomplish all other tasks which is needed to be done by commercial team. - Develop and target new and major (supplier) accounts both nationally and internationally. - Dealing with all customer inquiries and requests proposals at a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- At least B.A degree in business management or any other related fields. - Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks. - Comprehensive knowledge of incoterm, foreign procurement and commercial, Procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondence, and bank procedures. - Minimum 2years of experience in procurement/commercial field – foreign trade. - Must be fluent in verbal and written English. - Excellent public relation and well organization attitude, presentation and negotiation skills. - Self-organized and motivated. - Ability to handle high levels of stress. - Good skills in excel and Microsoft office - Team working ability. - Ideal Age: 25-40
