Job Description
Our company is an international trading company in Tehran. To develop our portfolio, we need a new team member as a foreign commercial expert with these responsibilities:
● Commercial correspondence.
● Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, order registration, and all other import process formalities.
● Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods.
● Continuous follow-up about the latest status of current orders and any claims on defectiveness or shortages of cargoes.
● Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance.
● Straight monitoring and recording of orders such as items purchased costs, production/loading plans, and delivery of orders/cargos.
● Issue PI.
● Arrange shipments.
● Follow all the custom processes.
● Follow the order registration process.
● Follow the customer's needs.
● Arrange the shipping documents such as packing list, invoice, bill of loading.
● Getting the certificate of origin from the chamber of commerce.
