Purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and services.
Direct contact with suppliers all around the world.
Analyze the offers, issue purchase orders; follow up, and expedite the process in order to meet ETAs.
Negotiate with suppliers and sourcing.
Pursue the necessary permits.
Pursue financial and commercial affairs related to foreign trade.
Prepare and handle all necessary documentation for shipping documents, customs affairs, commercial registration, and banking procedures.
Do all importing/exporting processes such as order registration, currency allocation, money transfer, shipping, and delivery schedules, and customs clearance.
Control and follow up on all commercial activities (financial, shipping, delivery, quality control, and feedback).
Requirements
Experience in supplying (foreign purchase) row materials and packaging materials for production line machines.
Experience in order registration of row materials and packaging materials on the NTSW website.
Professional in international contracts.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in purchasing and/or procurement field.
Experience in the FMCG industry.
Familiar with financial documents.
Familiar with all the new rules and regulations in import and export.
Familiar with Import formalities including getting necessary permits from the Ministry of Health and Commerce.
Familiar with RAHKARAN.
Knowledge of international shipping, INCOTERMS, banking, currency, and documentary credit.
Fluent in Microsoft Office especially, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is a plus.
Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.
