Job Description

The Role responsibilities are as hereunder; - Full Knowledge of commercial issues & Material Planning. - Performing all foreign commercial process including communication, negotiation, placing orders, shipping, documentation and art work. - Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. - Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations for orders and material. - Coordinate with logistic companies to ensure proper shipment delivery. - Evaluate letter of credit documents and collaborate with accounting department to ensure timely. - Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. - Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems.
