Job Description
● Administer efficient Flow Assurance input in terms of work scope and offer. feedbacks to the petroleum engineering team for best design and the most accurate prediction. ● Suggest and maintain all flow assurance studies effectively. ● Flow assurance modeling and preparing a drawdown envelope for each well. ● Drive advanced Flow Assurance solutions for new technologies and products development. ● Advance reservoir fluid characterization. ● Prepare documents and develop flow assurance research programs. ● Analyze all issues and provide solutions for all processes based on recommendations. ● Determine and monitor all preservation plans and improve creative strategies for all processes. ● Participate in many HAZID/HOZOP studies related to oil and gas upstream facilities. ● Conduct oil and gas upstream risk assessment studies. ● Monitor, review, and report obtained lessons learned from various studies, activities, and operations. ● Do other duties as assigned by the head of production engineering and operation. ● Perform all of the engineering and supervision tasks related to flow assurance studies.
Requirements
● Master's degree or P.h.D in Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering. ● More than 7 years of experience in flow assurance and production engineering. ● Expertise in standard software IPM suits, OLGA, Pipesim, PVTsim and Microsoft Office. ● Extensive knowledge in multiphase flow modelling in well bore. ● Familiar with oil and gas surface and subsurface production facilities networks and fluid dynamics and thermodynamics. ● Able to identify design specifications; recommend improvements and economies in this area. ● Self-motivated, with strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills. ● Able to develop tools, guidelines and process for best practice in flow assurance engineering.
