Job Description

● Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions). ● Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting. ● Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership. ● Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests. ● Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. ● Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. ● Manage the reporting requirements of the accounting. ● Monitor and analyze department functions to develop a more efficient procedure. ● Monitor daily financial activities to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields from a reputable university. ● 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. ● Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information. ● Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners. ● Good knowledge of Iran's regulations for tax and accounting procedures. ● Familiarity with accounting standards, especially, investment standards. ● Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work. ● Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills. ● Knowledge of financial reporting. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ● Familiar with the stock market. ● Work experience in an investment company is an advantage.
