Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the full range of financial functions, including below topics (but not limited to): ▪ Financial Leadership ▪ Financial Strategy, Financial plans & Annual Budget ▪ Cash Management & Banking affairs ▪ Funding ▪ Investments ▪ Financial Accounting ▪ Management Accounting & Financial Controls (Audit & Assurance) ▪ Performance Management & Financial Analysis ▪ Corporate & Financial Reporting ▪ Taxation ▪ Financial Risk Management ▪ Governance ▪ Publicity held company affairs ▪ Employee compensation ▪ Experience in free-trade zone

Requirements

▪ Male / Female ▪ More than ten (10) years of senior-level financial management experience of a corporate, prior CFO and/or controllership experience with a production organization highly desirable ▪ Demonstrated direct responsibility for financial investment and budgeting areas plus demonstrated ability to correlate financial/accounting management functions with corporate objectives and strategies ▪ Knowledge of fund accountant principles and practices, contracts ▪ Knowledge of taxation issues ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong organizational, detail, and interpersonal skills; ▪ Superior computer skills and knowledge including word processing, database operations, spreadsheets, and other software systems
