Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Financial Manager. -Professional accounting education background and CPA related qualification is preferred. - Multinational experience with 5 years. -Significant experience of working in and leading a reporting and control team. -Leadership, planning and motivation of a demographically diverse team -Excellent inter-personal skills -Ability to identify key areas. Know instinctively when to get into the detail and when to take a step back. -Good communication in English and Mandarin -Experience of reporting and control in a multi-site hospitality or retail business is preferred. -Flexible and adaptable for dynamic environment. Willing to change.
